Help - Acceptable contingencies

Q. WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE CONTINGENCIES ?
A. SELLER:
When setting up the 72 hour sales event you are asked to choose any acceptable contingencies that you are willing to accept and put into the agreement to purchase. It is very usual and standard for contracts to have the following contingencies: Financing, Whole House Inspections, Radon/Other Environmental,Termite Inspections & Review of By Laws. Others noted on the input screen are there for your option to select if you feel the circumstances warrant the need for those.
A. BUYER:
If you are bidding on a property the acceptable contingencies listed on the property data sheet are the only ones the seller is willing to incorporate into the purchase agreement.
