Q. IF MY BID IS NOT ACCEPTED AND THE SELLER DID NOT ACCEPT ANYONE ELSE'S BID, MAY I MAKE ANOTHER BID ?
A. Yes. If that is the case and the seller has not posted another date for the 72 hour 'Sales Event' then please email us your new bid and it will be sent immediately to the seller. If the seller has posted another 'Sales Event' then you should submit another bid during that time. Do not contact the seller directly. Homebidxpress has an agreement with the seller that all bidders are considered buyers from homebidxpress who enter into a contract to purchase for up to 45 days after the expiration of the 72 hour 'Sales Event' which the bidder made their last bid on.
