Help - Paperwork-Preparation

Q. IF MY BID IS ACCEPTED WHO DOES THE PAPERWORK AFTERWARDS ?
A. We recommend contacting a local attorney if the property you are buying is a For Sale By Owner and no Realtor is involved. If a Realtor is involved then contact them so they may complete all papers necessary. If the property you are bidding on is listed with First Agency Group Real Estate Services or another participating Real Estate Company and your bid is accepted then contact the office. Your agent will prepare all documents for you and the seller.
